Welcome To My Portfolio

This portfolio highlights the work I’ve done supporting businesses across content marketing, administration, and operations over the last five years. I’ve worked with both small teams and growing businesses, and do my best work in collaborative environments with clear communication.

My experience spans tech, coaching, health, e-commerce, lifestyle, and nonprofit organizations. Working across different sectors has given me a broad, practical perspective and the ability to adapt quickly to different business models, audiences, and workflows.

What I Actually Do as a Business Support Professional...

Every business I support is a little different. Most clients don’t come in with a detailed brief or a clear list of tasks, and that’s okay. Part of my role is helping identify what support will actually make their day-to-day work easier.

For some clients, my work is mostly content and visibility support. This might mean creating content from scratch, or working with existing material they already have. In practice, this includes editing videos recorded on a phone, organizing content folders, coordinating with graphics designers or content creators, writing captions/blogs, scheduling posts, and responding to messages or comments on behalf of the brand. At the end of each month or cycle, I share a simple report so we can see what’s performing well and what needs adjusting.

For other clients, the bulk of my work sits in the backend of the business. This includes administrative and operational support such as managing inboxes and calendars, organizing files, setting up or maintaining CRMs, documenting processes, coordinating tasks and deadlines, lead generation, handling client onboarding, and keeping tools and workflows running smoothly. The goal is to reduce friction so the business feels more organized and less reactive.

Often, my role is a blend of both, supporting visibility on the front end while quietly keeping things running behind the scenes. Before starting any project, I take time to understand how the business currently operates, what feels overwhelming, and where support would be most useful. From there, I handle execution and ongoing management so my clients can focus on their core work.
